It will be hardened using a special light, and since it\u2019s tooth colored, it will resemble your natural teeth.<\/p>\n<p><b>Crowns <\/b>are used to repair cavities that have gone beyond the enamel and are now too large to be filled. We will remove the damaged and decayed portion of your tooth and take an impression. This impression will be used to make your <b>crown<\/b>. In the meantime, we will place a temporary <b>crown<\/b>, to restore function while your permanent <b>crown<\/b> is being custom made. Once it\u2019s ready, you\u2019ll come back in and we will place it, giving you a fully restored, natural looking tooth.<\/p>\n<p><b>Crowns and fillings <\/b>are great ways to help repair cavities.
